Agustu cucìna e settembre minèstra
-LA RECETA-
INGREDIENTES: 1/2kg. de merluza, 2 tomates maduros, 1 cebolla, 2 patatas grandes, 1 lata de guisantes, ajo y perejil picado, 4 hojas de laurel, pimentón dulce, colorante, aceite y sal. www.paulinacocina.com
INSTRUCCIONES: 1) Cortar la cebolla en rodajas y disponerla en el fondo de una olla con aceite. 2) Cortar las patatas en rodajas y ponerlas encima de la cebolla 3) Ponerle una capa del perejil y ajo picado 4) Llenar la olla con agua y poner la merluza encima 5) Poner el colorante, el pimentón dulce, las hojas de laurel y los tomates maduros, "boca abajo" 6) Llevar a fuego fuerte 7) unos 5 min. antes de que esté hecha la merluza, poner la lata de guisantes hasta que se calienten. www.paulinacocina.com
